The Family Man 2’s JK aka Sharib Hashmi revealed why Samantha Akkineni just couldn’t stop saying sorry to him while shooting for the series. Find out here
As the release date of the highly-anticipated web series, The Family Man 2 is nearing, we are getting to know some interesting anecdotes from their shooting days. Since the second season of the spy thriller also marks the digital debut of South superstar Samantha Akkineni, her co-stars Manoj Bajpayee and Sharib Hashmi were all praises for her. Just recently, JK aka Sharib Hashmi revealed why Samantha Akkineni just couldn’t stop saying sorry to him. Well, it so happened, while rehearsing for the action sequence, Samantha accidentally hit him with a gun. Feeling a little guilty about her actions, she kept apologising to him for the same.
Sharib was quoted saying by Zoom Digital, “Bohot kamaal (working with Samantha). She is a huge superstar but she is easy to work with. She is a great co-actor. I enjoyed a lot working with her.” The actor further mentioned, “Kuch action sequences ka part hai hum (We are a part of some action sequences). Aur uske andar jo stunts maine dekhe hai, jo unhone khud kiye hai, it was unbelievable.” Talking about the hitting incident, Hashmi said, “Aur jab vo mujhe maarti hai gun se, rehearsals karte waqt, mere muh pe zor se lagi thi. Bohot zyaada chot lagi nahi thi jitna unhone sorry bola tha (I wasn't hurt as much as she apologised to me for it). She is really sweet.”
Earlier, in another interview, Manoj Bajpayee praised the Makhi actor, “I was completely nervous. Maine kaha yaar yeh ladki toh pehle se taiyaar hai, mera ek scene bhi nahi hua hai, I really have to pull up my socks and go on the sets with full preparation”
